While away from our room, someone entered to fix an old broken door latch but I was never notified of such a work order AND I had not reported this old broken latch to ANYONE because it just happened. The AC unit constantly turned on/off in use even after adjusting it to below the outside temps. Also this AC unit left a constant puddle just at the opening of the sliding doors which made for a slip hazard to anyone wanting to step outside due to the slippery tiles.
