The location is just a couple of blocks from the beach. Food of any kind was just a block away (you have to check out Liliha Bakery!). I did say easy parking, but as Jasmine told us, your car has to be pretty small, it's very tight. I would have said it was quiet, but the street next to the canal was like a race strip in the evening and very loud, but that's not Jasmine's fault. Jasmine is a super communicator, answered all my questions immediately. This apartment was perfect in so many ways. It was clean and comfortable, in an amazing location (with some lovely views, too) - convenient to everything great in the city (food, shopping, beaches) and so close and convenient to everything on the rest of the island. The reserved parking spot that comes with the rental was crucial because we were visiting my mom and exploring the island at all different times of day and night. The space saved incredible amounts of time and money. The building felt very secure, we met some lovely people, and it had some nice amenities, too. The only issue I had was the neighborhood - garbage was being collected at 4am and the noise always wake us up. This property felt very much like staying in a home, which was lovely while on vacation. One of the best parts of this property was actually the roof! You get panoramic views of the city, which at night, is absolutely magical! On Friday nights there's a firework show on Waikiki beach that you can see PERFECTLY from the roof top, it was so special. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which was also very helpful. The location is spectacular and the parking space was a lifesaver. Although I loved the bed (Nectar brand), my partner had a hard time with the firmness of it. Jasmine was very helpful and communicative leading up to and during our stay. When I discovered that my chosen hotel had raised their prices plus the added resort fee and overnight parking fees, I decided I needed to find another place to stay. I saved over 80 a night by choosing this delightful Vrbo. The condo is as described and matches the images in the listing. Tidy, bright and clean. The building is secure, all entrances and the garage are only accessible to those staying or living there. The building staff and tenants that I met were sweet. A beautiful rooftop deck with pool, bbq areas, gym and sauna. It's a great location complete with a dedicated parking space. Jasmine responded to my messages immediately. Her directions and instructions for the condo are well written and easy to follow. My stay was for eleven days, I only regret that I was unable to stay longer. The in unit washer and dryer was a fantastic bonus as I did laundry four times during my stay. The bed was comfortable and far superior to the beds I had slept in with previous vacation rentals. The futon/sofa made lounging in the space easy. An excellent and updated kitchen with a full sized fridge. I'm sure this condo will see many repeat customers. I would recommend this space to those traveling alone, a couple, even a couple with a child. The walls are concrete so I never once heard any neighbors. Only a few negatives - no view, construction noise from the ongoing renovation of the building located on the window side of condo/bedroom, futon was very uncomfortable, mattress was a bit too firm, no dish towels, dish rags or papertowels. We only had two bath towels. Jasmine did offer to have housekeeping bring over additional towels. We decided with the inside laundry we would make do. We felt very safe walking to everything nearby. 444 Nahua has a great security system. ##### Lori B. It’s clean, well-designed, and functional, and the property manager is very responsive. The one star deduction has to do with a few things that could be improved: in the kitchen, which is already small, most of the cabinets are locked for “housekeeping.” This makes it very difficult to get to dishes, cups, and glasses, which are all crammed into one cabinet below the counter, and leaves no room to put any food away that you buy. The other issue is the futon couch - while it does fold out to a double bed, the back of the couch has a split cushion which makes half the double bed very uncomfortable. It might be fine for two small children, but not so much for two adults or grown teenagers. One should be aware that this apartment is in a noisy city with trash trucks almost every morning - highly recommended is a white noise maker or app on your phone. Kitchen, washer/dryer, AC, parking, pool, and smack dab in the best part of Waikiki. Some of the best food and coffee spots are on the same block or within a 5 minute walk. Parking at most hotels is usually $30+ a night and forget trying to find parking otherwise in Waikiki. If I hadn’t stayed here I probably wouldn’t have visited Waikiki at all. It was nice to go out all day and explore beautiful hikes and beaches, then come home and walk to any and all of the best food places. Other people waited in huge lines while we were able to order online, walk to pick up, and eat in the comfort of our own place. It took a minute to figure out lockbox/parking/elevator/entry, but Jasmine provided excellent instructions that walked through each step clearly. She was very helpful and communicative. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The only less than positive thing I would point out for people looking to stay here is that you are in a big city, so you have to accept a certain level of noise. We sleep with earplugs and were fine, but other people more sensitive to noise might have trouble. To be fair though, it would be the same for neighboring hotels, so if you want complete silence and solitude you should probably not stay in Waikiki. The comfort and convenience of this apartment outweigh any negatives of a busy area and it’s a central jump-off point for visiting all the other regions of the island. The apartment was exactly as listed; a very clean & modern apartment that was perfect for two. Jasmine gave great instructions and the check-in/out was very easy. She was super easy to communicate with and quick to reply. The roof top deck was a great added bonus, very large and well kept with great grills and plenty of space. We were super bummed that the pool was closed for repairs while we were there, but we enjoyed the rest of the space regardless. Having a dedicated parking spot in downtown Waikiki made this apartment the best reason to stay there. Easy in and out with no stress about looking for parking after a long day at the beach. Literally the main reason we chose this location over others! The only down side to this space is that it is in a very, very busy part of Waikiki, so it is VERY loud. You can hear cars, trucks, people, music the entire time you are in the apartment, and all through the night. Strongly suggest good earplugs if you're a light sleeper, because there is no way to block out the noise. If you're looking for a busy area with tons of nightlife, restaurant and shopping options, this is a great choice. Just be prepared to hear the sound of those close amenities 24/7\. Overall we absolutely loved our stay in the apartment. Would 100% recommend this space and Jasmine as a host and hope to stay here again on our next visit. ##### Emeliee D. It was stocked with all the basics-towels, sheets, dishes and a comfortable bed. Location was excellent for walking to restaurants and stores and the views from the walkway in front of the condo were wonderful One thing we would suggest to add is a safety grab bar in the tub. Things not in the control of the owner that were troubling include the VERY tight parking spot, lots of construction noise during the day and loud party noise at night. ##### William S.
