The Pacific Monarch features a breathtaking rooftop pool, spa and sundeck and a prime location steps away from Waikiki Beach, shopping, restaurants and more. This home is a remodeled 1bd/1ba with a full kitchen, full bath, private bedroom and private lanai in the Pacific Monarch building. This unit is located on the 10th floor. Elevators are available. KITCHEN/DINING This unit boasts a remodeled full kitchen with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink, coffee mugs, cups, plates, bowls, cutlery and more. Includes countertop space and full size fridge/freezer. The property is nothing how pictures look. It is dirty, old, outdated and ugly!! Everything is outdated and old. The beds are horrible to sleep on and the air conditioning unit is horrible it’s always so hot in there even with ac on full blast. I will never book this place again. When we arrived, the floors had not been swept or washed inside all the drawers and cupboards were very filthy. The blankets on the beds needed a good wash. They stunk the pictures were on the floor. Overall a great stay! Location is fantastic, close to the beach, shopping and many restaurants. Hotel was great! Nice roof top pool and hottub, sauna and BBQ area. Well maintained and clean. Tons of space. Apartment was good. Nice view. Set up with everything you need. A little dated in decor and could use some of the kitchen utensils refreshed. I've stayed at the Pacific Monarch in the past and enjoyed my visit. This was a total disappointment.
