BUILDING NOTICE (September 18, 2025): Exterior balcony work for this unit, located on the back side of the building (facing West), will begin sometime in December 5, 2025 (Weather permitting, just an approximate time frame). Work will happen Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with construction noise between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Scaffolding will be used, and areas below will be closed for safety. No beach items will be permitted on the balcony. The swimming pool will be closed for the entire project. Please keep windows and curtains closed to reduce dust and maintain privacy. The condo is half a block away from a bar that plays very loud music well into the evening, this could be a problem for people who do not sleep well. This unit faces a noisy street with loud music every night coming from a restaurant or bar so bring earplugs for when you sleep. Great parking spot though, right near the parkade entance. I will look for a different unit next year unless the bed/mattress and at least 1 nightstand is included/upgraded.
