It's just a short stroll from the golden sands and the azure waters of the world's most famous beaches. To ensure your comfort, this unit boasts an open floor plan with air conditioning. It's furnished with a queen-sized bed, an adjustable height table for dining or work, and a flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a 2-burner stovetop, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, and cooking utensils. Stay connected with wireless high-speed INTERNET and cable TV. All your linens and towels, including beach towels, are thoughtfully provided. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the 6th floor and can be operated with coins or credit cards. The expansive recreation deck on the 6th floor of the Island Colony is a true gem. The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary.
