This property is professionally managed by Ali'i Beach Rentals, an award-winning property management company. BUILDING NOTICE: Exterior work for this unit, located on the Diamond Head (East) side of the building, will begin on Monday, October 27, 2025, and continue through December 10, 2025 (Weather permitting, just an approximate time frame). Work will happen Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with construction noise between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Scaffolding will be used, and areas below will be closed for safety. No beach items will be permitted on the balcony. The swimming pool will be closed for the entire project. Please keep windows and curtains closed to reduce dust and maintain privacy. Noise and vibrations are expected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Marine Surf is located at 364 Seaside Ave on the 21st Floor. With just a short walk to Waikiki Beach, we rarely used our rental car. Everything we needed from surfing, swimming, restaurants, and shopping was all in walking distance. Nella with customer surface was awesome and made everything so easy!The unit was just as described! Super clean and well put together. It was equipped with all the essential cookware & dishes, and even had a little day cooler for us to use as we went out for a picnic.The one heads up would be the parking. There is a 6ft clearance in the parking garage (as was described) but the parking stall itself (for unit 2103) is in the corner and does not provide such clearance. An SUV, Jeep,etc. would not fit well. We lucky had a Nissan Altima and snugged in all good to the spot.We had a Great experience from start to finish! Close to all things downtown and everywhere we needed to go. Loved that it had free parking but the car garage was very short. Would not recommend anything more than a compact car.
