Newly Remodeled Corner Unit with Stunning Ocean Views and Free Parking This upper floor condo has the best of both worlds, a birds-eye view of the bustling city and sparkling ocean. Better yet, is only a few short blocks from the World-Famous Waikiki beach! This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove-range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while you are on vacation. This kitchen comes with a large Dining Area for your enjoyment. Please sit back and relax in the airy living area that includes a large flat screen TV and cozy couch. The lanai includes lounge chairs and side table so you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee and watch the island sunrise! This unit has a great bedroom with a luxurious King-sized bed and an amazing view of the water. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very free flow room. A comfy sofa sleeper is built into the living room, so if you need extra beds, we've got you covered. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a closed off private toilet and a great shower/bath with a detachable shower head. This bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all the sand and stress after a day spent at the beach! Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request. Great deal with parking included and a pool. Cons: The TV in the room did not work and when I called they said someone would come in Monday (we arrived Saturday), however, no one ever showed. This place is on the 22nd floor and has a stunning view of the city, the ocean, and from the balcony and bedroom windows you can see the mountains on the other side. I’ve seen reviews for the Koko Resort at the Waikīkī Banyan noting issues with the WiFi, but we had none. We downloaded a movie on our iPad and it worked quickly and perfectly. Location is great. Walking distance from the Waikīkī mall, shopping, food, and Diamond Head. We didn’t request any kind of room service or towels from the staff, so I can’t speak to that, but the instructions were clear. The key to the sauna had a bottle opener attached to it, which turned out to be essential to turn the lock in the sauna door—glad the owner knew how hard it was to turn the lock and made it easy.
