Summary:  
Location, location, location! This beautiful studio condo is in the heart of Waikiki, just one block from the iconic Waikiki Beach and one block from the Honolulu Zoo. Renovations JUST completed to include new flooring & new furniture. WALKABLE to restaurants, shops & beaches within minutes. Features: free WiFi & parking, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, hot plate & dining area for 2. Unit is equipped with beach towels, beach chair, masks & fins to enjoy on the beach.  
  
The Space:  
The condo features a NEW queen bed, leather couch, kitchenette, bistro table, fridge, full bathroom, toiletries, free WiFi, flat screen TV, A/C, full sized closet, beach essentials, and free parking (first come, first served basis). Laundry located on site.  
  
Guest Access:  
The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Waikiki is Oahu’s most iconic tourist destination, and a diverse and vibrant residential neighborhood. Waikiki has grown from a small community of surfers and artists in the 1960s to an urban neighborhood of high rises after a $100 million initiative in the 1970s. In addition to gorgeous beaches such as Waikiki Beach, Kuhio Beach, Grays Beach, Fort DeRussy Beach and Kahanamoku Beach, Waikiki also includes local attractions Kapiolani Park, Kahanamoku Lagoon, Kuhio Beach Park, and Ala Wai Harbor.  
  
Getting Around:  
There are many bus routes that go through Waikiki and to all different sides of the island. Additionally, Uber and Lyft are generally available at most times of the day. If you are renting a car, this property offers first come, first serve parking on the premises.
