The location was great, with beautiful views, and the unit itself was clean and well-stocked—including plenty of towels and beach chairs, which were a nice bonus. The parking garage was also a plus and made coming and going convenient.On the downside, the building itself could use some updating, and we experienced long wait times for the elevators—especially during the first few days when one was out of service. Additionally, we were informed just a few days before our arrival that the fitness center would be closed for the duration of our stay, with no compensation or alternative offered.Despite those issues, the unit was comfortable, and the amenities provided made for an enjoyable stay. ##### Kathy V. The 2 of us enjoyed our stay and being a condo made things easier than staying in a hotel. First impressions of the bus was not great, we arrived late at night, went up to get the parking pass and went in what I think was a service elevator (lined with wood) then the hallway was dark and needing an upgrade. The building is over 30 floor, co-mingled with hotel rooms. Easy walking (about 10 minutes) to Waikiki's busy commercial area, full of restaurants, shopping malls, hotels, and even to the beach (further walking). The 1-bed room apartment was clean, space is good for two to three persons. A/C was working fine. Two cooking pots were stainless steel, which is great. The rest was non-stick. The stove is induction, easy to use. The towels supplied were two sets, probably enough for two persons. Requesting extra bed sheets and towels would be charged according to the rules displayed on the counter. The balcony door. facing west, is not openable, though. ##### Zaiyi C. Having a full kitchen was so important because we were traveling with a baby. The patio was small but we had a great view! The location was great! We enjoyed the condo, had everything we needed! Good location, glad parking was included! The laundry room does have an app you can download on your phone to pay, you dont have to get quarters for laundry! The market in the building was very convenient for water and snacks.
