A full renovation was completed a few years ago and the condo remains in excellent condition and has recently been updated with a brand-new sofa, stylish accent chair, and modern wall art featuring beautiful Hawaii and ocean-inspired scenes.  
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, updated appliances, and a bright, open living space perfect for relaxing after a day in paradise. Step out onto the lanai to catch the sunset or watch surfers in the distance—this unit offers the ideal blend of comfort, location, and value.

Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day \*rates subject to change

Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours. Points forts : Propreté

This was a great space, very clean and felt recently updated! The mini split ac cranks which is nice because a lot of these units just have a window ac that don’t work as good and you have to drain the pan.We used the harbor parking lot behind the building to park at 1 dollar an hour instead of the 45 dollar a day valet. Had no issues finding spots but it is a bit more of a walk.View is pretty good but not the best view for Friday fireworks. Would recommend just going down to the lagoon.Would stay again!
