Come home after a long day of exploring the islands and relax on your lanai. The views you'll get from the condo are stunning & unforgettable! You can end your week with Friday night fireworks off the lagoon, watching them from your private lanai.

Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.  
  
BUILDING AMENITIES  
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Please note that gym access is exclusive to hotel guests.

Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours. #### Time for a Refresh in some areas

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is in a great location, easy walking distance to shops and grocery shopping. We also had a great view of the Friday night fireworks at the Hilton next door.. There are some improvements that would be welcome. The building is old and showing its' age. The hallway carpeting could use a good cleaning. Vacuuming of the hall needs to be either more frequent, more thorough, or both. Someone dropped a piece of black plastic in the hall early in our stay. It became almost comical to see how it moved around during our two week stay, never once being vacuumed by the housekeeping staff.The vents need cleaning. During a windstorm, we were inundated with black fluff being blown back into the unit from the vents. The unit itself could use some new dishes and glassware. This is not a rural log cabin where you expect mismatched kitchen items. This is a waterfront condo in Waikiki. There were only 3 matching Corelle dinner plates,some smaller glass plates of various sizes, and mismatched sizes of wine glasses. It was embarrassing as grown adults, to invite people over for a drink of wine and all of us having different glasses.
