It was perfect for my new blended family , 4 teens and my husband and I. Enough beds and bathrooms. The porch was huge and amazing view. Would be nice if the porch furniture matched the glam style of the house. Also make sure you are out when the time is up. We were 10 min behind and the cleaning crew was pounding on the door. Tell you to take off shoes but when you do the floor was nasty. They had a swifter sweeper and I used it to clean and the cleaning pad was black. Bed sheets were not cleaned well. Pillows had stains and need replaced. Couldn’t use the fold out bed and needed to as we had opposite sex that needed their own bed. It was broken and had a sign not to use which looks old. So owners must be unwilling to replace that as well. They Tell you to set air at 70 as to not cause damages to unit. The fact is it’s been broken and the owner must not want to fix it. You can tell it has been leaking for a long time and the baseboard has a section that’s been replaced. No paper towels. Only three towels for our entire stay and the washer and dryer units didn’t work in hotel. Person below us was complaining of water dripping and security wanted to come in our room while we were away and kept calling us while we were away trying to enjoy our vacation. The only good thing I can say is the space is fine and room was modern in appearance. There was a terrible smell coming from the garbage disposal. We never cooked or used dishes as we were gone most of the time. Honestly the owner needs to make small repairs before anyone else stays. ##### Michelle R. The location of this property is perfect for our family. Walking distance to the mall and all the shopping along Waikiki. 2 great pools with lots of sun and lots of amenities right in the building. The beach is beautiful and you don’t have to go far to be right in the heart of Waikiki beach. The suite had enough room for 5 of us with room to spare. The view is amazing. Overlooking the lagoon and ocean with a double length lanai was perfect for starting the morning watching the sunrise with a coffee, and ending the day with a nightcap overlooking the lights. The only downsides to this property were the lack of basic sundries (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent etc). With a 2 week stay for 5, 3 rolls of toilet paper wasn’t enough. We had to go out and buy everything to make it through our stay. Another issue was the taps in both bathrooms leaked and the counters were soaked and wound run off onto the toilet paper roll. Which added to the shortage!! And the appliances were in need of updating and the oven didn’t work properly and there was only one burner on the stove top that worked. We cooked a lot so it was a bit of a struggle. Some small changes would make this a premium unit. We will definitely be booking this unit again! ##### Quinn F. Be aware it is Valet only at $35 per day. There is a washer/dryer on the floor that you can use a card to pay with. Bathrooms were a little dirty on arrival. You also only get 2 rolls of toilet paper, and soap/shampoo. Also you only get very small towels. Make sure to bring your own beach towels. The only issue was the pull out bed - it was dirty and broken. We couldn't use it for sleeping, but it still functioned fine as a couch. I felt secured with what we booked because they were very detailed with the way they wanted us to check in and all those good stuff. Pre-check in: One of the smoothest check-in I have done. The code was simple and the locks were just perfect. Everyone was able to get in and out of the room without disturbing anyone. Stay: Our stay was great. Everyone was satisfied with the space and the balcony view was amazinggggggg. Every sunrise and sunset I was able to see the beautiful view of the waves and just admire the golden hour without the sun being directly in my face. The supplies were limited but they did state it prior to arriving. My favorite part other than the view was the kitchen, it was a mood with the blue lighting! There were also fun beach gears provided in the closet next to the door for the guest, so thank you! Outdoor: There are two pools we have access to: one is on the second floor and the other is on the lobby floor. There are towels that they provide for you during your experience at the pool. You can also take the ramp and walk down to the other side where theres a small "man-made pool" I guess we can call it that haha and a local beach (its rocky so be careful). There's a restaurant and live music all around us. I was able to walk down and go to the bar right across from the place. Theres many stores to shop and dine at. Transportation: We did valet, it was the easiest and less hassle for a group of 6. It was $35/night. We were able to have access to our car whenever we wanted. Everything was right around the corner. Our go to was walmart, which was a five minute drive. There was also bicycles you can rent for a whole day, near the hilton hotel I believe.
