Nous sommes allées ma conjointe et moi une semaine à Honolulu faire le marathon ce 11 décembre 2022. L'hôtel était parfait!!! Wow! On y retournerais n'importe quand. Je suis en fauteuil roulant régulier et ma chambre et la douche avec le petit banc c'était numéro 1. Les déjeuners le matin sont un grand brunch! Ils disaient petit déjeuner mais c'était plutôt un gros déjeuner! Oeuf, jambon, saucisse, bacon, bagel, muffin anglais, céréales, crêpe, muffin aux pépites de chocolat, banane, orange... À volonté! Un gros WOW! On a super bien mangé toute la semaine! C'est un gros plus pour nous car il nous restait seulement à se payer le souper. On s'apportais même des fruits gratuitement du déjeuner dans notre chambre. Merveilleux tout ça! L'hôtel est super propre. Les femmes de ménage très gentilles et tout le personnel. On est prêt de toutes les commodités et un dépanneur directement en face! Ça me fais très plaisir de prendre le temps de vous écrire ceci car pour le prix avec nos super bons déjeuners en plus... C'était l'hôtel parfait!!! On a même joué avec les jeux extérieurs. Le mini pot est super beau! J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé le spa! Surtout le lendemain de notre marathon, ça faite du bien! Nice hotel, friendly staff. The view from our room was amazing! Breakfast was good. My only complaint was that one of the elevators was out of order and the wait for an elevator took sometimes 15 minutes.

We liked the central location. Close enough to walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. It's right on the bus line which is so convenient. Staff was so friendly, especially the breakfast crew. They go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. The breakfast room is huge - the food selections are great & they change every day but they always stick to the basics. Our room was a little small but had everything we needed including fridge, MW & Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom was updated & very nice, great shower. But, the absolute best thing was the 5th floor sundeck with pool, hot tub, cabanas, mini golf, shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball, corn hole & a snack bar. We absolutely loved this space. Met some great people on the deck. All in all, we enjoyed this hotel & would love to go back some day.

Staff were awesome, super helpful and kind. Time share desk was very annoying they tried to catch you everytime you waited for the elevator. Good, quiet location. Bit of a walk to the main areas but not too bad for someone who enjoys walking.

Spent 5 nights there to attend a conference. The hotel was really clean and the staffs were very friendly. Both Waikiki beach and the convention center were walkable from the hotel. The morning breakfast was good as well.

The hotel was older. Our room floors seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while and furniture was dusty. The elevators took forever to get to us so getting up and down took a while. At one point we called front desk from the pool to let them know there were no towels and they never showed up with towels so I had to go get towels from them for my family. Parking was tight and expensive. On the other hand the location was good, staff was friendly, free breakfast was great, and pool/outdoor games were good.

I am originally from Hawaii however, no longer live there. I chose this property because it was centrally located for my needs while visiting. I love the hotel,very clean and organized too. The amenities that is offered and the staff is AWESOME! Everyone has the "Aloha Spirit" of which, I have missed so much being an island girl. The one draw back is the lack of parking, I was informed that it is first come, first serve. I inquired about backup parking and was informed that it is 4 blocks away. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel and when I return, I will stay there again. "Mahalo" for such excellent service and making my trip and stay so wonderful!
