Located only a minute from Waikiki Beach, this piece of paradise on the 9th floor of a 10-story building provides unobstructed views. Instead of staring at another condo building, you'll see the greenery of Kapiolani Park, the Honolulu Zoo, Diamond Head, and Waikiki Beach. Yet it is very close to all the wonderful Waikiki Amenities. We looked at rooms in this building for ten years and finally found this fantastic studio. We installed new granite counters, a full-size refrigerator, a kitchen sink, high-quality split air conditioning, a 40" flat-screen TV, and much more. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed fiber optic cable WIFI and enjoy streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Video, and others on the internet-connected TV. It is an excellent location for those that love the outdoors. The lovely Kapiolani Park and the beach are across the street, where you can walk, run, surf, boogie board, swim, and even hike up Diamond Head! It is also the perfect location if laying on the beach is your form of exercise! Is surf up? Just look out the window to find out! The prime boogie-boarding spot in Waikiki is only 1 minute away and we provide two adult-size boogie boards, two Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Adjacent to the boogie-boarding site is a huge beach area protected by a sea wall that forms a gigantic saltwater pool with lifeguards for added safety. Though the room is on the small side, you have a table and chairs on your private lanai (balcony) with an unobstructed Diamond Head and ocean view; you also have use of the huge observation deck with stunning views on the 10th floor. Parking is available at the on-site parking garage at Waikiki's most reasonable rate, especially considering that we are virtually across the street from the world's most famous beach. Details on reserving parking are provided after booking. The room comes with free private WIFI, flat screen tv, cable TV, all linens, beach towels, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, induction cooktop with pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, iron and ironing board, two full-size boogie boards, 2 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, and a small beach cooler. For your convenience and security, we will ask you for a code that is easy for you to remember, and we will use it to set the keypad lock to the room. My husband and I loved the room it was smaller but the size was just fine for the two of us. You have a great view of the beach and the mirrors in the room make it so you’re essentially looking at the beach the whole time. Loved that. Location was awesome, one minute walk to the beach where it’s less crowded and close walk to all the main Waikiki stuff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved hanging out on the lanai every morning and night. In choosing a property, our top priority was a lanai (balcony) with a great view of the ocean. So many of the properties and hotels in the area have obstructed views. We were aware that the room would be on the small size. And while it was a little cramped, it was serviceable. The interior is a bit dated, bit everything was clean and functional. The also has AC. The view from the lanai was spectacular and unobstructed. We had a great view of both the ocean and Diamond Head. We spent a lot of time on the lanai during our one week stay. This is a hotel and there were staff available at all times. The location is a half block from the beach and was walkable to everything on Waikiki. We were able to reserve onsite parking for 35 per day. You do need to reserve online. The owner Steve was extremely attentive. He was great during the booking process and checked in a few times during our stay. There is a full size fridge and a small coffee pot; clean linens and amenities for the beach(chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, small cooler). It is just across the street from the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Not sure if I would call it a studio apartment, as it is extremely small; the bar stools and oversized chair make it seem even smaller and they feel a bit too big for the space.While we did have some issues getting into the unit and difficulty with TV & wifi, Steve did attempt to resolve issues and communicated with us often. Overall, a nice, small unit if you need a place to sleep and want to be close to the beach. ##### melinda s. We absolutely loved this place! It is small but has everything needed for 2 people to stay comfortably for well over a week. The views from the balcony are amazing! It is right on the edge of the busy beach area so it is perfect for those that want to have access to the fancy shops and restaurants but if that’s not your thing, it’s easy to avoid. Sipping coffee on the balcony with the view of Waikiki beach was truly relaxing. The studio had everything you need to cook a quick meal and make coffee. The bed was comfortable. Beach accessories and surfing equipment is available if needed. Restaurants and convenience stores are steps away including the Honolulu Zoo. Steve went out of his way to make sure our check in and check out went smoothly. He checked in periodically to make sure everything was ok.
