Second stay at Ilikai in 4 months and we like the property location and features. This unit was much nicer than the first ocean view unit we stayed in. Included parking spot is a necessity since we rent a car. Highly recommend this unit for couples and even with 2 children as there are 2 beds.

Two of us had plenty of nice things to say about this unit on the 20th floor. Stayed 3 nights in comfort. Prime location between our goto spots at Dukes and Ala Moana shopping center. The market (7am - 11pm) downstairs had everything we needed, as well! Also enjoyed a great dinner at Pesca on the 30th floor. Thanks!

Stayed here November 11-18, 2024. Check-in process and communication was very detailed and easy to follow, unit came with parking pass, so had to park in valet and get from room at check-in - but wasn't an issue. Underground parking lot is quite tight, we had minivan and got used to it after a while. Unit was clean, and came as described in online listing, AC/washroom/kitchen and accessories all worked, nice to have full refrigerator and kitchenette with various utensils. Unit is on 20th floor, so sometimes elevators can be a wait or slow to get up and down at times. Overall enjoyed our stay and time in Honolulu and would recommend.

Great location at the west end of Waikiki Beach! Condo was spotless. Small grocery store on ground floor made getting some supplies an easy job as Condo had no food supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee). The free parking spot in the garage was a deciding point to rent there.

Well we had a very nice stay this unit has been well taken care of all the amenities were there pots and pans pretty much everything we needed. We ran into one problem but it was not a real big issue really. We were assigned a parking spot and that was a very important reason for me choosing this place. On the second to the last night we pulled in and someone was in the spot. We had to call the property manager and ended up parking in the valet parking so it worked. He said he would let valet know. Well next night same thing but was told to park in another spot and in the morning a so-called parking citation. Anyway a little frustrating but it worked out okay.

Condos are nothing more than a hotel room with a studio kitchen. Filthy stains on sheets on one bed. Called property manager 5 times over 4 days with no response.

Check-in was contact-less and very easy. Parking was included so definitely helped with luggage and not looking for alternate parking sources. Very good space for the price and the property had many food/shopping stores within. Close to the ocean and beaches. Great communication with property manager...well done.

The property manager made check-in easy and responded promptly via text. Unit was clean and spacious with a nice via of the harbor. Beach is walkable via a ramp in the back of the property down to Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. Our only issue was the same as many other guests and residents - the elevators are constantly breaking. Until they are replaced or significantly overhauled be prepared to wait in line to go up or down or even get stuck between floors having to call for rescue.

Our stay at the condo was short but sweet! Our beds were comfy and the condo had everything we needed from beach towels and chairs to a coffee maker. The access to the beach was easy and the restaurants were good too! The views of the harbor were beautiful day or night! We hope to return someday!

The pros: Place was just as listed. It was spotless clean. Property management answered phone every time we called and took care of our requests. Check in was super easy. Loved the location and the view of the sunset every night. We enjoyed listening to the Sunday night band playing below in the courtyard. Everyone was dancing and having a great time. The con: only one. The building is old so when the lanai doors were shut you could smell a backdraft of sewer gas coming from the ceiling fixtures and vents. We just kept the lanai doors open a bit at all times to keep the flow of air going the right way. We would stay again even with this minor issue. Just a lovely place.
