They also answered questions that I texted during our stay within an hour. The room was clean, and the building was in a quiet and safe area with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We found the keypad entry easy, as my partner and I would sometimes return to the room at different times. Having a spot allocated for building occupants in the parking garage was very convenient, as it can be hard to find parking on the nearby streets. Also having laundry facilities on the floor was a plus. The email communication I had with the service team to update my room passcode was also quite prompt and responsive - shoutout to Pattie.
