A beautiful one bedroom condo on the 27th floor in the heart of Waikiki. If the stunning views aren't immediately enough to have you hitting the 'Book Now' button then maybe the rooftop pool & sundeck will make the decision for you. You'll be wanting to drop your bags and relax in comfort in this recently remodeled apartment but these fantastic 220 degree views, include the Ocean, Diamond Head and even Koko Head to the East. Whisper quiet ductless A/C recently added for your additional comfort.

Great Location with lovely water views

Central location within a three minute walk of the beach. Lovely water views. Place itself is clean but a bit bare bones. We did not like the bedding. There was no duvet cover! Just a blanket between two sheets! So we went to Target and bought our own sheets and duvet. Also no kleenexes. The paper towel was very poor quality and paper thin so we bought some bounty. No dish drainer. Weird. Anyways, we felt they could have spent just a little more to make the experience nice. Host was not very helpful. We reached out that the blinds were defective and blocking the view. They initially said someone would stop by but 8 days later and no response. Having said that, location was nice and walkable. Not 5 star accommodations but a solid 3 star.

Wonderful!

We stayed in this lovely condo with our family of 4. Our kids are 8 and 10. I was a little anxious about where everyone would sleep, but everything was perfect! One kid slept on the futon and the other on the purple chair, which folds out into a tiny bed. An adult would not likely be comfortable on the purple chair, but for our 8 year old, it was perfect! We brought a little teepee tent thing and put that at the head of the chair to make it fun, and she loved it. The view is absolutely stunning. We loved how close it was to the beach and so many shops. Waikiki is such a fun, vibrant place! And it wasn’t a bad drive from the condo to places like Kualoa Ranch, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Diamond Head, etc. The only tiny problem we had was there were not enough dishes or utensils for 4 people. We thought it was hysterical that we only had one fork and had to share. But there are food trucks and ABC stores every 10 feet in Waikiki, so it was an easy problem to resolve. The rooftop pool and hot tub were fantastic, and we went several times and no one else was there! We watched sunrises and sunsets from the roof, which was amazing.

dissatisfaction and disappointment

I am writing to express our deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with our stay at your unit. Despite our anticipation of a comfortable and enjoyable vacation, several issues have arisen that have marred our experience. The toilet was not clean, other aspects of the unit were left unaddressed. The blinds remain unable to close fully, compromising our privacy. The sofa's messy stains were not cleaned, rendering it unusable, and the discomfort of the hot sun, even with the AC, has made our stay less enjoyable. We believe that we should be able to fully utilize the amenities for which we are paying the full price. Unfortunately, this has not been the case during our stay. Given these concerns.

just two of us 80 yr. olds, but couch/futon in living rm was a piece of sheit...couldn't figure out lock on door to check-in. no accurate instructions for tv... Jon was gracious and helpful, but Mark never gave me refund instructions when he offered to refund me.

Beautiful views

The apartment was just as it's stated in the listing. Very accessible to the beach (about 4 blocks) and also to grocery store (Waikiki Market), and many restaurants. We also used the pool on the roof. A little disappointed that the hot tub was being repaired. There is a common lounge upstairs that was wonderful with a pool table and sofas and large screen tv that allowed us to have friends over since the apartment is pretty small. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

Everything described and then Some

We just got back from our Babymoon in Waikiki. We will hands down be booking this property next year. Mark is very responsive through the entire process. The condo is in walking distance to everything you could need or want. Restaurants, shops, the beach, other hotels, nightlife. We did rent a car because we chose to explore the entire island. The front desk is easy to work with. The views from the condo will take your breath away. Great balcony and floor to ceiling glass windows throughout. Condo is stocked with everything and then some. Pool on the roof is a bonus . Peaceful and serene. Hands down the best property and location in Waikiki!

Amazing view!

We had a fantastic stay here! The view of the ocean is awesome. We really appreciated that the condo was stocked with all the basic essentials so we only needed to shop for food. Our host was very responsive to all of our questions. Really easy walk to the beach.
