There's central air conditioning to keep you comfortable, as well as a fully appointed kitchen to greet you as you walk through the front door. It has everything you need. A colander for pasta would be great. The sofa bed needs to be replace or fix because its very bend, its not good for 2 people to sleep in, both would end up in the middle.
