### Charming Ilikai Marina Studio, Great Location In Waikiki!

Construction Notice 10/20/25: Exterior spall working is currently scheduled for 10/24 - 1/14/26 and painting work is currently scheduled from 7/13 - 8/7/26. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule.  
  
This cozy studio boasts new vinyl flooring and a fully renovated kitchen (completed in October 2022), offering a fresh, modern feel. The updated bathroom adds to the stylish and functional space. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all essentials for home-cooked meals. Just a short stroll from the beach, you'll have easy access to sun-soaked days by the ocean. Enjoy world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment nearby. Ilikai Marina 1091 is your perfect home away from home—book your stay today and experience the best of Waikiki!  
  
AMENITIES  
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected Wi-Fi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.  
  
BUILDING AMENITIES  
Shared laundry facilities are available on the 8th floor, with payment through the PayRange app or by credit card. A trash chute is located at the end of the hallway. The property offers 24/7 security. Parking is available in the building for $33/day (\*rates subject to change). Street parking is available along the harbor for $1/hour (metered). Please note, there is no pool in the building. Building management occasionally schedules routine pest control and maintenance. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am each day. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the unit or on the lanai.  
  
Marina Hawaii Vacations has been providing fully furnished condo rentals to travelers since 1965. Book with confidence, as we offer only legal vacation rentals in Waikiki and the surrounding areas. Plus, you'll save when you book directly with us!  
  
Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.
