I personally enjoy the location of this building so it was exactly what i expected. The Harbor Pub is my favorite haunt, and Chart House is a nice alternative. The studio is large, with everything you need. Don't expect a welcome kit...nothing! Impossible to sleep, there are no blockout, daytime light and night lights, 24 hours illuminated at full! The air conditioning and the extractor in the bathroom that turns on with the light, are very noisy.
