Clean, with a good starter kit when you arrive. Great walking distance to shopping and the beach. However, when we looked at the initial listing it said partial ocean view and this condo was not facing the ocean. We asked before we booked if the pictures seen were accurate and never received an answer. There was a strong odor in the hallway.
