King bed and full queen sofa-bed are firm and super comfy. Twin sofa-bed sags a bit. Door to bathroom was inside the separated king bedroom, but that was no big deal in our case. Door to condo didn't always close all the way, so had to give it a little tug/push at times (I imagine that's fixed now as I alerted management). Not the best balconies (i.e. views), but we didn't care.
