Great location with beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Although the condo is small it was fine for the four of us. We basically only slept there with so much to do and see on the island. There was coffee there for us which was a nice touch. It truly is a two minute walk to the beach, and located close to many restaurants and all that Waikiki offers. Photos are accurate, and having two bathrooms for my family of four really helped. While it is an older building with older plumbing, there is a large Brita filtered water container in the fridge. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, and we were able to cook full meals. The hosts were incredibly responsive - we had an issue where the previous guest did not leave the key in the location required, but the host responded and showed up with a replacement literally within minutes.A beach wagon, two beach chairs, beach towels (one per person), brita water filter, a cooler, shampoo, and body wash are provided. Plenty of bath towels. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us who stayed and the kitchen was well equipped with enough dishes/utensils for us and there was also a toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, and more. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable for all of us.Unlike other reviews, I had no problems with the outside of the location as it's typical of city life. I felt very safe walking around. The building is older and parking spaces are very tight as a result, however an experienced driver would not have a problem parking a larger car.One thing just to note is that the room with the twin bed is connected via a sliding door to the room with the two queen beds which is where the AC unit is. There is a fan in the twin bed room, but if you close that sliding door all the way at night you will not have access to the AC and it will get warm. We did not have a problem with it. Everything was clean, and they had all sorts of beach equipment to borrow, including chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and even snorkels. Plus parking is included, which is great. A key fob was required to get anywhere, even on the elevator. This is great for security, but difficult to manage with multiple members of our party and only two key fobs. The building itself was kind of old and not the greatest, nor was the street. But it’s so close to the beach, and it was okay for a central location. I would stay again. ##### Rhiannon R. Comfortable beds and a/c in the bedrooms was a plus. The owner was quick to respond when we had any questions. The parking was very tight, but that is because the building is older.
