I complained multiple times, had people up to my room, and just kept getting told it was ok. At times, it was, but primarily it was like warm at best. I did get one offer to move, but they never came through. Secondly, it has older crank open windows, which could be okay, but they do not work any longer. With louvered windows, you can hear everything outside, it was very loud. The slider did not lock as well. The lobby is so open and pretty. The only complaint I have is that the room looks smaller than in the pictures!
