Place was .clean and tidy, nice views, it was a pity they did not have any cutlery or crockery in the rooms, even though there was a microwave and a kettle and a small fridge. Swimming pool was not covered with a sunshade, and area outside had no real shade so we could not swim, and then pool closed at 7pm, was a pity because would have been nice to go swimming at night when it was still warm. Shop was quite expensive, check your exchange rate before coming as our dollar was only at 52c to one Hawaii dollar, so it was pretty much double for everything.

I love that its not in the heart of Waikiki. It's also convenient to be connected to Ala Moana Center. Starbucks and the retail store, Accents in the lobby is fantastic.

Pool was too cold and there was no hot tub. My fault for not checking that before booking but it was surprising that a property in the Waikiki area would not have that. Also the pool closed early and there were no drinks permitted in the pool area. Again fine but just a bit more limiting than I would have liked. Also high pressure sales in the gift shop was a turn off.

the staff was great - from those in the lobby to housekeeping. what I didn't like was how they don't let u use the luggage carts to move to your room. you have to use the valet peeps and tip them. also, I specifically chose the Waikiki tower because reviews said the Kona tower was dated. well my carpet was stained between the beds. and the bed had a serious sag towards the right. visually it appeared flat. when u got in bed - ha! finally, I found the wifi surprisingly unstable, despite the antenna being right there in the room. what's up with that?

Apart from the location this place had nothing much going for it staff were very unhelpful we bòked a room with a kingsize bed as i had just had surgery but ended up with a room with 2 double beds and the reception staff were like they didn't know what they were ding admittedly it was busy but 1 receptionist basicaally said it was tohard come back later and we had been traveling for about 30 hours and just wanted our room it was in a great location though right next to the mall and restaurants

Wouldn’t stay here again, rooms are very run down and not very nice. Especially the bathroom. Location is good if you like the mall but not very safe if walking from Waikīkī beach at night, as out of town centre. I wasn’t very impressed by staff either, seemed like we were bothering them during checkin and checkout. I’m not very fussy when it comes to hotels but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Really enjoyed staying here for my first trip to Hawaii for my birthday. I booked an ocean view suite and that was the best decision I could’ve made. The view of the ocean was beautiful, and the suite was nice and spacious. I don’t get good sleep generally but I slept like a baby every night I was there. The only recommendation for the bed is that they provide 4 pillows, not 3. But, I was able to get an extra pillow easily and quickly. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. The Signature Restaurant has a great happy hour, but it gets significantly packed during that time. My mom and I tried to go, but there weren’t two available spaces for both of us. Before happy hour starts at 4:30, there is a line formed for the elevator that goes up to the restaurant. The view is beautiful from up there though, since it is on the 36th floor. I was happy that the shower head had the option to change the pressure of the water coming out of the shower, and loved that there was a bath so I could relax. Lyft transportation in the area is super quick, and I especially liked that we were right next to Ala Moana Center - it was very convenient. I also tried the pastrami sandwich at Cafe Da Da and they weren’t joking - that was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. The only cons were that the pool closes at 7, so besides having a drink at the bar there isn’t much to do after 7pm at the hotel. They also didn’t have a poolside bar like I thought I read. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend!
