The suite is spacious and totally modernized, high quality cabinets and everything you'll need for a simple 3-day getaway to a month-long stay has been provided. The Queen bed and Queen-sized sleeper sofa mean four people are able to sleep comfortably. Unique details such as the reclaimed wood feature walls and custom-made sink in the bathroom with match 'one off' tile in the shower add to the 'spa like' feel, there's high quality cotton towels and sheets for added comfort. Our property management company stocks coffee, soaps and incidentals prior to your stay and are on hand throughout to assist and answer questions. There's even a cozy lanai to enjoy breakfast and listen to the gorgeous memorial fountain in the distance. Fast free Wi-Fi is included along with Hawaii's basic cable offerings. Beach chairs and towels are all there for your enjoyment. Itā€™s at the far south end of Honolulu, so it took a little longer to get to anything north since we had to navigate city traffic. Clean, a little dated, quiet, and very close to Diamond Head. The mattress & pillows were not as comfortable as weā€™d have liked, but weā€™ve learned to not to expect much of bedding in this price range. Overall a good stay. It was hard to find the right foot traffic entrance when checking in, even with the written directions, and we quickly learned to never leave the room without the fob since it was necessary for getting back in the gate. ##### JoAlyce W. This small studio condo is just the right and with a beachfront building, offers a quiet respite from the activity of Waikiki just a short ways down Kalakaua Ave. Building is a few minute walk from Kamaina Beach, and being situated on the ocean, offered a grassy area with chairs to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. Entry with key fob and door code was easy (and we appreciated seeing a security person in the lobby at night though we did not feel unsafe at all). Unit was as advertised - studio with small searing area, tiny lanai, small kitchen and bathroom. Could use a deeper cleaning (dusty floor boards and windows). Some of the windows were difficult to open - it was very breezy during our stay and we didnā€™t use the air conditioning. Parking was available but we elected to park by the park each day/night and had no issues finding parking. We hope to stay here again when we return to Oahu. Nice location off the beaten path from Waikiki but a short 10 minute walk down to beach area and all the shopping and restaurants. Quiet location and beautiful views of Diamond Head. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was nice. We area able to keep drinks and snacks in the fridge. It was clean, quite, and in a great neighborhood/location. You were far away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but close enough to walk to it. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. There is also a small convenience store about a block away. We ate at the local spots which did not disappoint. We walked into Waikiki one night, it made me appreciate where we were staying. The location is excellent. An associate was here to great us when we arrived. They met our every need. The building is secured and quiet. It is located on the ocean. The waves splash against the seated patio. I have a daughter at University of Hawaii. Whenever I visit I hope this condo is available. I look forward to staying again. Parking is not included.
