This is the closest condo to the pool which makes it super convenient to start your day off in the pool, end your day in the pool, or even spend all day at the pool! Once you venture off property you are surrounded with food, shopping, and of course Waikiki Beach just a 7-minute walk away! With the full kitchen, close access to pool and beach this is a perfect place for the family! ATTENTION! Please be advised that starting October 27th, 2025 the building will begin an exterior concrete repair and painting project. During this project, guests can expect noisy work (drilling & hammering) occurring Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30pm. Safety measures will be in place, but some degree of dust and vibrations are unavoidable depending on the area being worked on. The building pool and sundeck will be closed for the duration of this project, and for segments of the project, each unit's lanai will be inaccessible. This project is expected to last 6-12 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced. It is an older building/room but for the cost, it was fine. The host was very helpful and communicative. Walking to the beach, boardwalk, and shopping. There is no couch as in the picture. Half the stove burners didn't work which significantly hurt our ability to cook effectively for 4 people. It was incredibly dirty when we arrived, it was clear that no one had cleaned there in a long time as there was dust and even grime everywhere. The shower mat had mold and the kitchenware cabinets had a moldy smell that made me feel unsafe to store dishes there after washing them. The sofa in the listing was not present. The location is close to everything, but it is very noisy at all times of the day and night which makes it hard to sleep. The bed sheets and pillows had an awful smell and the beds were so uncomfortable. We contacted support which connected us to the property manager who only managed to make excuses before ghosting us. I can tolerate a lot and never leave bad reviews, but this was so bad that I had to say something. I still have yet to reach a resolution with support/the property manager. The only thing that was offered so far was refunding the cleaning fee (which they obviously pocket themselves) before being ghosted and not even refunding it. Do not stay here. ##### Norma M.
