Please consult the front desk for availability and restrictions upon arrival. • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. • Smoking: All accommodations are non-smoking. • Late checkout: $500/hour fee and may lead to eviction. • Room assignments may differ from the photos, as each unit is unique. • Please note: the recreation deck (pool, spas, BBQs, playground) will be under renovation from April 2025 to June 2026\. Not informed that the pool and full rec deck would be closed (no discounted offered) for months, was told they didn't have our contact info...dealt with smells from the remodeling. Were told only 1 roll of tp issued to room, if more needed you must buy. Toliet broken, tv remote broken, light bulb out, moldy caulking along the bathtub, noisy air conditioner.
