The room I was in had a fancy coffee machine and I was surprised to find out when checking out that the coffee in the room was not complimentary. I stayed in many boutique hotels around the world and never had to pay for coffee in the room (at HKD45) which I had to made myself. The hotel charge for every capsule including the coffee creme. The entire hotel (reception/lifts/corridors/rooms) is spotless and clean. All facilities worked well and we have no complaints at all. There was complimentary breakfast for one person the next morning (between 7-10am) and the charge for the other person would have been 66HKD but we didn't use it. The main door is also on the side street called Man Wa Lane, not actually on Connaught Road.
