"Magnificent hotel"
My first stay at the Upper house in Hong Kong was fantastic. A really beautiful and very spacious apartment and the food was outstanding. The staff were helpful and very friendly. I would not think of staying anywhere else in Hong Kong after this experience.

"Lovely hotel, very close to train station."
Our room was not available on time , but we were provided with a larger room, unfortunately there were hand prints on the glass wall of the bath room, this was cleaned asap. Apart from that we were both very happy with our stay. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional. The room was in general very clean. The complimentary wifi was very useful. The train station was very conveniently located less than 5 min walk out from the hotel. Ideal for shopping in Sha Tin, Kowloon Tong or meeting family and friends in Sheung Shui or Tai Po.

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong

1 Harbour Road, Hong Kong - Map
"Well placed and excellent standards"
Grand Hyatt made our once in a lifetime trip to Hong Kong a special experience. Beautiful views of the harbour only marginally tainted by major works going on outside (Not the hotel's fault) and complete provision of service as you would expect from a major chain. Good size room with decent size twin beds and bathroom, walk in shower and with separate toilet. Very friendly staff always willing to help, started with a welcoming smile from Ronnie on reception to a helpful hand from Bruce the bellhop on departure. I cannot fault the level of service. Our flight was a late one and the hotel were good enough to give us a later departure. Whilst it was not as late as we would have liked the offer of shower facilities before we departed was welcomed. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Royal Plaza Hotel

We all had a very good experience at this hotel this time as well as the last time we visited this hotel about 2 years ago. The managers were attentive and came on his own to see how the guests were doing, especially in our case where we had some elders with mobility problems with us. He offered to change our rooms to near the elevator bank for the elders with mobility problems - good observation. Thank you!

"Great location, nice pool, access to shopping"
I did extensive research on hotels in Hong Kong and found that this was the best option for the money in this area. Other hotels with comparable facilities are much more. If you can get past the outdated décor (80's/90's brass & glass) and the relatively small guest rooms, it's a fabulous central option for being close to shopping, restaurants, the Star Ferry (access to Kowloon). The pool area is lovely, a great in-city retreat on hot days.

"Mira Central shopping district Kowloon"
Mira Hotel Hong Kong was a modern, clean, well-run hotel situated on Nathan street the center of Kowloon shopping. It is close to two metro stops and within easy walking distance of many great sites, including the Kowloon boardwalk with it's great Hong Kong Island views. The staff was very accommodating to my early arrival and late departure.

"A contemporary hotel, spacious rooms w/ great view"
We lived in the spectacular room. We enjoyed the harbor view during the twilight, dawn and dusk. It made a night spectacular inviting local friends over to have a drink and chat and enjoy the lights of Hong Kong at the 76 floor by the swimming pool. I called the front desk after I left the hotel and realized I left some clothing in the room. They located them right away and made me feel easy to pick them up whenever I came over.

"Great hotel"
Great hotel. The staff were all very helpful and the location is great; just a short 10 minute walk to the nearest MTR station. The Pool area is great; there is a bar and the views across Victoria Harbour are out standing.

"Beautiful hotel by the water"
The hotel is gorgeous, and right by the water where it's nice to walk along the avenue of stars enjoying the mix of locals immigrants and tourists. Great selection of both western and Asian restaurants around. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Very pleasant stay. Slight smell of humidity in the rooms and the AC is set quite cold all around, but everything else was great.
