Very dissapointing, used to stay in this hotel for years... And it's the first time I find it dirty and dusty.. And the receptionist who I came down on early morning sto said I was sick and I might check out bit later and will pay the fee but she kept arrassing me for hours on phone and knocking my door to know the exact check out time.. Witch I couldn't know since I was waiting for médecine delivery... Very bad experience and dissapointing..!!!!!

Très bon hotel, et quartier impeccable. Le choix au petit déjeuner à baissé. Il y a moins de chose qu'auparavant. De plus le service de teinturier à disparu !!

hôtel bien placé, simple mais propre. Petit déjeuner très réduit : pain de mie, croissant, yaourt nature (pas tous les matins), machine à café/chocolat, thé, jus d'orange, beurre, confiture et miel chambre petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Par contre un peu bruyant pour les chambre côté rue et surtout si vous avez des voisins qui claquent les portes tous les matins à plusieurs reprises. Il est aussi dommage de ne pas disposer d'une douche et/ou d'une piece pour se changer avant de repartir pour l'aéroport.

Un hotel idéalement situé, à proximité du métro Wanchai ou même Causeway Bay... Très belle chambre, équipé de micro onde, frigo. Bcp de rangements...climatisation...hotel calme, pas bruyant. Le personnel parle anglais et est très aidant.

#### Not our best experience

The property is old and the common areas not well maintained. The rooms we had initially were deplorable. We ended up in a 2 bedroom "suite", if you can call it that. The bathroom door requires you to have good arm strength in other to open it. There was hair everywhere from the previous guest - that should tell you about how well the room was cleaned. The property can have potential if it is maintained.

The room was big enough for 3 people. No hand towels provided. Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast is juice, coffee and bread so not a real breakfast. You have to go to the lounge to get drinking water for your room daily. Elevators are a bit slow. Close to many good places to eat and to transportation options.

#### Excellent location for food and ahopping

Location is excellent for food and shopping. Wan chai has 3 parallel streets offering hundreds of small restaurants and shops . We stay for 4 nights and eat at 3 different restaurants every day. No really need to go elsewhere, apart from sight seeing. MTR is 5 min away. Iclub is more like modern self serviced apartment than a hotel, small reception area and tea and coffee room on the 5 floor. but room cleaned daily with fresh towel. Wifi is relatively slow and limited to 4 devices ,after which you have to pay . For price and location , will return again.
