"Close to Mtr"
4th time stay in this hotel. Very new to Ladies street & Temple street. Super near to MTR. Can easily find food and 7-11 just infront of hotel. Check in & out was fast. Handy phone (for u to bring out for streets navigation. And can call to certain countries for free. Tried calling out but was never successful) was provided in my deluxe room. Room was small as expected. Pillow was too soft even I put 2 pillow to sleep on still uncomfortable. Aircon was powerful. No problem with the noise level as I see others review about the sound proof not good. Overall stay was good. Confirm will come back to this hotel again.

"Good location"
The hotel is near shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the Olympic mtr station and a large shopping complex. the hotel provides a shuttle bus service to several markets which is really useful. The staff are very helpful. The only downside are the bathrooms which aren't very private. The sliding door leaves a gap and although the glass walls are mainly opaque its not as private as it could be.

"Good location"
The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located right on Nathan road and is a short walk from two metro stations. One of the most convenient features is that it is one of the stops on the free shuttle from Kowloon station for people who take the Airport Express.

"Ok hotel middle of HK"
The hotel is OK, for the price. Basic everything, surrounding area is a little old, not very appealing. There is lots of shopping with in walking distance, but like HK it is crowded. I would stay here again, but will try another hotel next time. There is nothing special here.

"It's ok, but its Expedia deals are deceptive"
The hotel is fine - the room I was offered was large for Hong Kong standards, clean, nondescript, with a nice view. Bathtub is borderline unusable for small size. King size bed is comfortable. Aircon is quite noisy. Main problem was discovering that the Expedia deal I got was for a substandard room with no window, possibly because of renovation works going on around the hotel, and that if I wanted the "executive room" that I actually thought I got through the Expedia deal, I should pay 250HK per night more. I did, but this is definitely not a cool business practice. Besides this, staff is courteous and helpful, shuttle to the MTR Airport Express is useful, and the breakfast is decent, although served in a quite haphazard way in the bar area.

"Perfect for a early departure from Hong Kong"
We stayed just one night as we had a 9am departure from Hong Kong back to Sydney the room was good nothing flashy but clean and comfortable. My partner was happy as we got a room overlooking the runway this was very much appreciated. The hotel is a lot bigger than I thought it would be the staff are friendly but a little all over the place. Check in took forever and there was no que it just seemed like it was disorganised. Our room was not ready which was fine as we where early then we where given drink vouchers we stood waiting for someone to serve us in the cafe a chef called a staff member who sent us to some seats then because we where not eating changed us to other seats where we where left I then had to track someone down to take our order everyone was pleasant just disorganised

"Great hotel in the heart of the city"
It was overall a relaxing and wonderful experience. The suite was spacious and the city view was spectacular. It was great for entertaining guests. The pool was wonderful. Amenities were useful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was, however, a bit of aging of the room and the bathroom (spa?) area by the pool. Also, the stove in the suite was not fully functional. Despite of multiple reports and complaints, they were not able to fix the issue.

"Great location in Tsim Sha Tsui "
Great decor in the lobby and public areas, modern decent sized rooms. Very clean and staff always willing to help, a proper 4 star hotel. Mini-bar items extremely over priced (so don't buy them), but otherwise a very pleasant stay in a great central Kowloon hotel. 5 mins walk from the metro (East TST) and 2 mins from Kowloon waterfront.
