Nous avons réservé pour deux adultes et un enfant. Arrivé sur place, nous avons du prendre un lit en plus, mais vu la taille des lits, cela a signifié avoir énormément de mal bougé dans la chambre. En fait, le plus simple pour aller à la chambre était de passer au dessus des lits. A la réception, mieux vaut très bien parler anglais, certains (surtout certaines) ne font pas d'efforts pour se faire comprendre. La phrase est dite, redite une fois si besoin, et vous ne comprenez pas, vous avez droit à une figure passablement désagréable ! Pas de tous, certains (il vaut mieux les repérer !) reformulent la phrase, utilisent d'autres mots, et tout s'arrange ... Les personnels aux portes d'entrée, les grooms et les personnels de ménage ont tous été très bien, accueillants et polis, parfait ! Hotel situé derrière une rue chaude, à éviter si l'on ne veut pas à avoir de questions embarrassante de la part des enfants. Mais des bars aussi très bien, très cosmopolites, possible d'y aller pour ceux qui ne parlent pas anglais. Es gab ein Upgrade in den 21\. Stock (ganz oben), Zimmer wie immer in Hong Kong nicht groß, aber okay! Smartphone für die freie Nutzung war nett, lokale Anrufe und einige Länder (US ...) waren inclusive (Deutschland nicht!). Der Pool war okay, das Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt. Frühstück ist sehr üppig - hier wird alles angeboten, was die internationalen Gäste wünschen könnten (von Nudeln bis zum Butterhörnchen). Sehr zufrieden, Service (icl.Tageszeitung) gut, Lage Top (MTR Wan Chai 150 Meter/Tram (Ding Ding) 100 Meter, Busse rund herum. However, it wasn't fixed as what they claimed. And forced us to change to a double bed room instead of twin bed for that night, as they didn't have twin bed room available for that night. I had to argue with them and was put on hold for about 10min before they agreed to change to a twin bedroom for us. It was 30min later when we got another call saying the room was ready, however, it wasn't ready and we had to stand/ wait outside the new room for another 10min while they tried to get the room ready.
