Good location

Good location, easy access from local bus and MTR,tram. Room is nice, but no freezer in the ice box. Hard to connect wifi setting.

Just did not meet 5 star expectations

This is a beautiful hotel in a prime location. The lobby, bar and external areas are superb. The rooms are a little larger than JW Marriott - which is nearby. That said, we did not enjoy the stay and will never choose to return. Reasons are: 1. Staff are purely trained, arrogant and are generally unhelpful - this includes management so this must mean senior management are either complicit or complacent 2. English is poor for many staff members - unexpected in a hotel of this standing and particularly unacceptable for reception staff 3. The Club Lounge offering is super expensive and by description - poor - an absolute requisite for business travellers like us 4. Value for money is poor because of the dissappointing experience

Really good choice if you want to be in Pacific Place, not overly expensive given the quality of the accommodation

Excellent comfortable hotel with superb service

Overall, an exceptional hotel. The one downside is the potentially long wait to get into the dining area for breakfast.
