Please note that we provide numerous facilities which bigger chain hotels charge for - we have unlimited high speed wireless internet access - free tea/coffee facilties - free cold / hot water facilities. Regarding the towel / bed linen issue - please note that there are some marks left but all of them are completely washed and rotated everyday to ensure cleanliness for our staff. The shower and room sizes are small as we are a budget property providing a room for the guest to stay. The stairways have all been cleared now after we have spoken with the management. We do apologize for that issue. Please note that as a budget property - our rooms will be small but we will provide facilities without charge to ensure that the guests can save and also enjoy their stay with us.

Thank you for your review. Please note that our property is located in Tsim Sha Tsui which is the centre of Hong Kong allowing you to get to anywhere within half an hour to one hour. Our property - and the whole building - is equipped with 24 hour CCTV cameras and we have staff present 24 hours. Regarding the stairway - please note that we have brought this up to attention to the management office of the building and they have taken care of this - we do apologize for it.

Please note that our property is equipped with 24 hour CCTV cameras - the reception is open 24 hours - there are also security guards for the building 24 hours - security is not an issue. Rooms are small because we operate budget properties for the guest that want to spend their money on other things in Hong Kong and not only accommodation :). Regarding the hot water - please mention to a staff and they will check for you.

You word the purpose of our hotel perfectly - we provide small rooms but at very budget prices for those that are looking for a place to sleep but have other activities planned throughout the day! Thank you for your review. Please note that we are a budget hotel operating in a very central location in HK - Tsim Sha Tsui. We compensate for space by providing an extremely budget place to stay for travelers. Regarding English Channel, some rooms have more than one but it depends on the strength of the signal. Refrigerators and microwaves are present in the lobby of the flat for communal use. Windows rooms are subject to availability.

This middle eastern bazaar as you call it is also located in Tsim Sha Tsui which puts our guests at the centre of HK allowing them more time to see HK and its attractions rather than spending time travelling. There is not much we can do about the hawkers downstairs selling stuff - but we are glad to here you enjoy your stay with us.

Regarding the staff leaving the key in your room - it was a human error by the cleaning staff and should never have happened. But as you may have noticed all our main doors are managed by card key access only so no one can enter without a card key. The key deposits should always be returned without any 'aggression' - I will personally speak to the staff regarding this and have this issue sorted so it does not happen again. We are very sorry once again and wish you all the best.

Rooms are small but are priced very competitively and in a very strategic location - Tsim Sha Tsui - allowing you to travel anywhere in a short time. Cleanliness of bedsheets has been mentioned to the housekeeping.

We are extremely sorry regarding your experience with us. You were allocated one of the newer rooms of our branch. Regarding the bedsheets, we are in the process of introducing new bedsheets to all rooms. The WiFi was down due to the wiring problem but it has now been fixed. The stairs are also now being renovated by the building management.
