"This is an amazing hotel where all rooms have ocean views. We had a twin room which was extremely spacious and came with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and air conditioning, We found the free shuttle bus to and from the nearest metro station really helpful as it would have been too far to walk. "Fantastic location, about a 10-15 min walk to Causeway Bay. Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Great daily room service. Clean rooms although I’m not a fan of carpeted hotel rooms. The downside is the rooms were really small. My friend and I shared a room with twin beds and there was hardly any walking space once we put down our luggage. Often when we came back to our hotel the bathroom door was open, and the two doors would hit each other. The bathroom door is also right in front of the mirror so it’s easy to hit each other on the way out from the bathroom. And the closet was a hidden Easter egg, cause it was beside the twin bed attached to the bathroom, but only the person of that twin bed can easily access it, cause you need to stand on the bed to get to it. Also a bit of an awkward location to catch an uber, especially during rush hour. Our uber driver pulled up and the police officer issued him a ticket. Despite the driver letting the officer know he’s an uber driver, the officer still gave him a hard time and we sat in the car for about 10 mins waiting. Also, if you like relaxing and watching Netflix after a long day of exploring, you’re out of luck here. No smart TVs. Other than that, great hotel if you’re staying by yourself but wouldn’t recommend if you’re sharing with a friend."

"I like to stay here on slightly longer trips because you get the bigger space and the little kitchen that can come in useful, especially the fridge and microwave. The situation is pretty quiet for Hong Kong, being up a small alleyway and away from the noise on Queens Road East. However, noise from other guests was irritating at times. You also need to know that there’s a very steep incline ramp to get up to the hotel from where a taxi will probably drop you, I really wouldn’t like to do it in business shoes in the wet. Wan Chai is a fascinating area, relatively a few western tourists make it here and the street market bustle can make progress through the streets a little slow, but I prefer it to The somewhat sterile malls of Central"

"I liked the common area with complimentary tea and coffee. It would have been nice to have a small snack also provided along side the beverages. The pool was large but unfortunately closed from 1 pm to 2 pm daily. Monday afternoons have a more extended closure. My reason for booking The Nina was to use the pool so these timings were disappointing. Late opening at 10 am prevented me from maximizing my swim time. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were well serviced by the housekeeping staff. Jack at Check In was extremely pleasant and helpful."

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! I want to give a special shoutout to Cindy at the front desk. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, taking the time to thoroughly explain the hotel layout and dining schedules. Seeing that we were traveling with a toddler, she proactively arranged for bed rails and children's toiletries to be sent to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The luggage department was also fantastic—storing our bags was incredibly fast, convenient, and efficient. But the absolute best part of this hotel is the pedestrian bridge that connects directly to Ocean Park. It made going back and forth to the park effortless, which is an absolute lifesaver when you need to bring a little one back for a midday nap. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly, especially for parents traveling with toddlers. Highly recommended!"
