La Conciergerie Rémi Griffoul presents "La Terrasse Nôtre Dame", a quiet 75m² house with Honfleur charm and its terrace, completely renovated in 2022 to accommodate up to 4 people.
Its location is ideal! The famous port of Honfleur, St Catherine's Church, restaurants, shops and markets are a 4-minute walk away. Free parking 10 minutes walk.
The house has stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Take into consideration that the 2 bedrooms are spread over 2 distant levels.
Distribution of the house:
Ground floor: House entrance, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower and wc. Access to a pretty private terrace, quiet and not overlooked, rare in Honfleur!
N+1: Cozy dining room & TV lounge. Equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and hotplates).
N+2: Parental suite offering beautiful light with 1 double bed of 160 cm and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
Animals accepted and Internet included! Washer-dryer available.
Perfect for enjoying beautiful moments with family or friends, this house will bring you all the comfort :)
For more comfort and freedom, your arrival will be done independently with a key box. All information will be given to you following your reservation.

Its large dimensions allow access for any type of vehicle less than 2.60 m high; 4x4 - SUV, sports cars, Pick up, vans, motorcycles, bicycles, (subject to availability, for more information contact us).
We take care of everything ! Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, shampoo and shower gel available, consumables and basic groceries to start your stay (tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, paper towel, paper toilet, sponge, garbage bag, dishwasher tablets), end of stay cleaning included.

#### Notre Dame Terrace - Honfleur
Great place to stay - close to town. Property was clean and well equipped.. Mobility is a must as stairs are steep and quite difficult to negotiate. Beds were comfortable and showers good - overall a nice property to stay.

#### Maison de charme bien placée et bien entretenue.
Si la maison correspondait à nos attentes et au descriptif, nous avons très peu apprécié les « consignes » laissées par l’Agence Rémi Griffoul. Dans le cadre d’une location saisonnière de ce type, il est inconcevable de devoir vider les poubelles, défaire les lits, réunir le linge utilisé, etc. avant départ. (Sans pour autant laisser un « champ de bataille »). Cela incombe à l’agence intermédiaire et non à la clientèle. L’Agence RG semble vouloir faire des économies de personnel…

#### Une jolie maison typique
Très jolie maison décorée avec goût. Quartier très agréable à 2 pas de toutes les commodités et calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Néanmoins à déconseiller avec des enfants en bas âge à cause des nombreux escaliers et de l'éloignement des chambres.
