Welcome to Southwest Sunrise, your ideal lakefront retreat on beautiful Honeoye Lake in New York's stunning Finger Lakes region. This charming and fully equipped vacation home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and natural beauty—ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway.  
  
With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, Southwest Sunrise comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The entry level features two inviting bedrooms: a primary suite with a luxurious king bed and breathtaking lake views, and a second bedroom with a twin trundle bed that easily converts into a king. The open-concept living space includes a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table that seats eight, and a cozy sitting area with a sofa and green swivel chairs—all with views of the water.  
  
Slider doors open to a beautiful expanded balcony overlooking the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on the brand new patio seating with a beautiful sunrise, or watch the sun fall with a glass of wine in the evening!  
  
Head downstairs to the completely remodeled lake level, where comfort and style shine. A spacious wrap-around sofa is perfect for lounging and watching your favorite shows, while the sleek kitchenette with an island bar is a great spot for mixing drinks, assembling your burger and gathering with loved ones. The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and serene lake views, and stays naturally cool for restful nights.  
  
Step out to the covered patio on the lower level to enjoy lake breezes rain or shine. At the water's edge, a breakwall is perfect for sunbathing or casting a fishing line, and the seasonal dock is ready for your boat or a rental from nearby marinas.
