The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants. Note: 1\. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving. 2\. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. 3\. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description. 4\. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15. 5\. It was the perfect size for our family which consisted of five adults. We also enjoyed the morning sun on the back porch. When there was a minor issue with the hot water, we requested help, and it was taken care of immediately! It was a nice, private, peaceful environment! It felt like we were in a city by a lake. While the property we rented was really nice, the fact that they advertised two queen bedrooms was misleading. My wife and I had to climb over each other to get out of bed as the second queen bed was in the tiniest of possible rooms. The rest of the the place was quite nice, and we were able to sit in the large living room and chat with our dear friends from New York. The Haven was clean, well maintained and everything we needed was included. It was a comfortable stay for 5 adults. It is advertised for 8 adults (max), but more than 5 adults would be difficult. It is not lakeside and requires a short walk to get to the lake. We were attending an event in the area, so lake access was not a concern for us.
