Providing the address a couple of days before our arrival also provided us with the access code to the gate and a simple access code for the front door making for a seamless smooth arrival. The home was immaculate and clean. Lots of bright natural light and tastefully furnished. You could see the thoughtful attention to details throughout this property. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property and it shows. Excellent location for us to meet our boat captain at MacRaes and the quaint area of Homosassa. The house was clean and decorated very nicely. Host was very responsive but we did experience a few issues. Apparently the modem/router wasn’t working, so we didn’t have internet for 2/3 of the trip. One of the toilets didn’t flush properly so we really had to use just one bathroom. And the lights and fans in two of the bedrooms seemed to be linked to each other, and possibly on timers, so we weren’t able to sleep through the night without disruption. We reported all issues to the host as they were discovered, and though very friendly and responsive, only the WIFI issue was resolved during our stay.
