Perfect for extended families or multi-group getaways, Belleview Lakefront includes three self-contained residences thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection. The main house showcases classic Old Tahoe charm, with cozy living spaces, a woodsy atmosphere, and a spacious upstairs game room with a foosball table, flat-screen TV, and ample seating for everyone to unwind after a day on the lake. The main home sleeps up to ten, with three queen bedrooms and a bunk room featuring two twin bunk beds—ideal for kids or teens.
The adjacent guest house offers its own fully equipped farmhouse-style kitchen, inviting living room with a gas fireplace, and two private bedrooms (one king, one queen), plus a cozy sleeping loft with two twin beds. Venture just a mile north to Blackwood Canyon. The pebble beach across from the canyon is also a great spot to bring your dog for a swim. When the snow starts to fall you are in the perfect location being just minutes away from Homewood Mountain Resort, featuring 2,000 skiable acres. With Ellis Peak sheltering the entire mountain from the high ridge winds no need to worry about “wind hold” at this mountain when everyone else is. Ever wanted to ride in a snowcat and get fresh tracks in the backcountry? Homewood Snowcat Adventures will get you access to 750 acres of train on the flanks of Ellis Peak, above the resort's traditional ski area boundary with a licensed guide! For those wanting to venture further Palisades Tahoe is a 13-minute drive away offering endless fun all year round.
POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum occupancy is 16.
2. Parking for 6 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. WINTER GUESTS - The Studio is for Summer Guests ONLY.
4. Please note - Boater's must provide their own mooring line, and Tahoe Getaways is unable to provide a watercraft of any kind. During drought years, the pier may be too shallow to navigate for some boats.
5. TRPA requires boat inspection/certification and a clean boating certification sticker must be procured.
6. Please note - Reservations at this home have a NON-REFUNDABLE cancellation policy. Please inquire for details.
7. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
8. Homewood Mountain Resort, located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, will not be opening for the 2024-25 ski season. Please plan accordingly.
