You also get views of the Homer Spit. If you love aviation, you get to see planes taking off and landing from the airport and the seaplane base. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Really good window blinds helped when it doesn't get dark until well after midnight. Communication with the host was simple and very responsive when we had questions.
