Check-In & Check-Out times: Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 11am Early check-ins and late check-outs must be pre-approved and depending upon seasonality, may incur additional fees. 2\. No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. Failure to follow these rules will result in a minimum fine of $500 and will be grounds for being asked to vacate immediately. 6\. Pets: No Pets allowed in the units at any time. 7\. Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same general condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in designated bins. 8\. Damage: Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements. 09\. Prohibited Items: Fireworks, and flammable materials including outdoor grills are not allowed on the property. 10\. Patio Use: Please clean up after using outdoor spaces.
