Just 10 minutes to the Homer Harbor. It boasts 6-bedrooms with an additional studio apartment for more space with groups of more than 10, a true gem in Homer. If you have 10 or less and want to add on the studio you can for an additional cost. Main Level features an office/bedroom with 1 Twin bed in it and a desk if you'd like to do some work while you are away. An open kitchen with plenty of room and counter space to cook a delicious meal. Also has an additional bakers closet with an extra stove and kitchen sink for more room to prep and cook. There is a half bath on the main level. Go up the staircase to the Second Level there are 5 bedrooms: 2 master suites each with its own bathroom and 3 additional bedrooms and a bathroom down the hall with double washer and dryer located in hall bathroom. The property was clean, bedding was comfortable.Many of the windows were missing screens, so we were unable to open due to the number of mosquitoes outdoors. There were several patches on the interior walls that had not been painted. The water pressure and temperature in the showers would change if any other water wasn’t used within the house. Towels in bathrooms were worn. Kitchen was lacking amenities, for example, a potato peeler. Fans above the stoves did not work. Paint on outside of house was chipping, outside stairwells and balconies were not usable. Check in time on the confirmation email versus what the host had indicated were different, causing confusion when we had cold groceries that needed to be unpacked. She accommodated allowing us to put them in the refrigerator, however, house was still being cleaned upon arrival.Quick to respond to messages. ##### Katrena C.
