The garage room is ideal for practical needs, offering secure storage for bikes, beach gear, or even a mobility scooter, with the added convenience of a washing machine to keep on top of sandy clothes or muddy walking gear.  
  
Upstairs across two floors you’ll find four well-appointed bedrooms: a master with en suite shower room, a second king, and two twin rooms, all designed with comfort in mind. A modern family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms.  
  
Outside, the fully enclosed rear garden is a haven for children and dogs to play freely. With outdoor seating, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening meal.
