"This is THE hotel to stay in in St. Croix. It is right by the ferry to the island that has Christiansted's beach facing the harbor, so it's super easy to get to the island beach. The hotel owns the ferry, so hotel goers get to ride the roughly one-minute boat ride for free. The hotel is recently renovated and gorgeous. I especially loved the pool and the peacock room, both of which are just beautiful. We stayed in one of the alleyway rooms, which are the hotel's most basic. They have a very nice layout but I was hoping for a fancier room. On the last night, the hotel kindly gave my son and I an amazing, free upgrade to one of their nicest rooms, with a private balcony overlooking all of the boats and the island, kindly facilitated by Ms. Janeta. Their cleaning staff was especially kind, especially once my friend left and I was traveling alone with my infant son. I love the hotel and St. Croix so much that I entended our stay. The bellhops carried all of our things during our three room changes. Shoutout to their bellhop Jeff. Ms. Anne on the cleaning staff was also especially kind to us. At the front desk Shanequa was very nice to us. The 3 PM check-in can be slow and feel slightly chaotic at times, but it is worth is. The hotel's restaurant, Prime Harbour, is overpriced but good. I got the surf n' turf which was the most expensive in the area but they give you an extremely generous portion of lobster. Virgin Coffee Roasters is located at the foot of the hotel and is good. "

"I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. One of my favorite parts was using the water taxi—it added such a fun and unique touch to the trip. The bar was fully stocked with great options, and the food from Rolling Smoke was delicious with a nice variety to choose from. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"HAD COUPLE ROACHES AND HIT MY KNEE ON EDGE OF THE BED FRAME IT STICKS OUT. BESIDES IT WAS A NICE ROOM AC WORK PERFECT AND NICE HOT WATER. "

"Great location-super staff. The rooms were nice enough, with good WiFi and cold air. Parking was difficult, but doable. Would recommend if looking for something affordable that isn’t a resort. "

"Horrible experience. Hotel does not answer their phones and thats the only way to check in. They do not have a traditional front desk. One phone number is disconnected. The others just ring. I was unable to check in and still have not received my refund. "

"Our stay on the property was excellent. We had a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. The condo was very clean and well stocked; with kitchen items(pots, pans, plates, garbage bags, etc) the bathroom necessities( towels, shampoo, aloe gel, etc), the bedroom with linens, office desk and chair setup nicely, laundry products, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, beautiful patio loungers, bbq grill(we didn’t grill). And Julie was an excellent host. She responded quickly to our questions. The property overall was lovely and well maintained. I enjoyed walking the property, my favorite spot at the beach(about a mile with some incline) in a hammock. It was windy, quite a few days which made the waters a little rough to me plus in some areas seaweed gathered. So Teague Bay beach became more of a place to enjoy the view, and swing in the hammock,we chose other beaches for play. But we saw people fishing. We ate at Duggins there on the beach, delicious fresh lobster. People were friendly at the complex and on the island. The one thing I will say is in the property description that describes places in the area, the Christiansted historic site and the government house are miles away, definitely not a 3 or 4 minute walk. It’s not easy to walk outside the complex, roads are only 2 lanes and no shoulder or side walk. Most destinations in the area are at least 1.5 miles. Need a car. The rental places will pick you up or drop the car to you. Loved St. Croix. Would stay here again."

"Natalie, the manager was exceptional. Her hospitality her attention to your every need is what one needs on a vacation. The bed-and-breakfast is less than two walking blocks from the spectacular Christiansted boardwalk & the Historic district where you can also take the ferry and cross to HOTEL and the key the breakfast served and every morning what’s a great way to start the day upon my return this is where I plan to stay.
