It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. Parking included. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building. There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Our 1 bedroom condo was very clean and comfortable. The property manager was very kind and friendly. We would definitely like to visit again. ##### Joni G.
