Located in prime Holmes Beach you are with in walking distance to the award winning Beach Bistro and many other restaurants, live music , bars and more. The private heated pool features waterfalls and a catwalk that takes you from the veranda to the covered pool deck where you can relax with family and catch the game on TV while cooking out. The gourmet kitchen features Thermador appliances and is fully stocked with service for 10 and all the cooking tools you need to cook for your friends and family. This beautiful home features 4 bedrooms with 1 king Master bedroom featuring a stunning walkout balcony where you can escape it all. Imagine sipping your morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the night with a glass of wine. This bedroom also features a stunning en-suites bathroom with large skylight. There are 2 additional bedrooms, each with their own private bath, each appointed to the highest standard of luxury. The bunk room features a whimsical built in bunk as well as a stand alone single bed. With details like clapboard walls and bead-board ceilings it is sure to excite the little travelers accompanying the grown ups. This room also has it's own bathroom (tub included) to keep everyone looking ship-shape. Take the trolley to Bean Point, or historic Bridge St. Have a bite at Chateau Anna Maria, or the Beach Bistro or grab a burger and enjoy the game at Skinny's. Go paddle boarding or kayaking in the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf Of Mexico. We do our rentals from Saturday to Saturday, if you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to reservations@beachretreatsfl.com as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations ​​​​​​​We might be only 7 miles long but Anna Maria has everything you could possibly need for your perfect beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need more? There are several great rental places that have everything from baby gates to golfcarts, and they will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide those for you. Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways. No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you? Book with confidence: NO CANCELATION FEES Cancellation Policy (Effective for reservations made on or after August 13, 2025) $500 deposit due at time of booking; balance due 60 days prior to arrival Cancel 30+ days before arrival → Full refund (no fees). Cancel within 60 days of arrival → No refund. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Beach Retreats on or before the 60-day deadline. Once paid, it's non-refundable. Third-party travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non-refundable. If the Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, it must be done outside of the 60-day cancellation period, or normal cancellation rules apply. We would 100% rent this place again and the company that runs place for the owners was over top when accommodating us or answering our questions, like can you please turn on the TV's LOL!! ##### Eric B. I called to report this and was told "yes the owner is aware". I conveyed my concerns of safety and question of why this wasnt disclosed prior to my booking? My concerns were met with silence. I told them the touch screen near the water damage was not working. She replied that they knew that already too. Just Wow! The pool waterfall, hot tub, and water spouts worked all of 5 minutes from day one. I called on day 3 and was told someone would come fix it.They never showed up. Upstairs the flooring in the sitting area is incredibly damaged from water becoming a tripping hazard. The rooftop deck boards are popping up and a beer bottle was on the roof in clear view where the angles joined. Bottoms of doors throughout the house were damaged with obvious need of repair mismatch paint random touch ups- The kitchen had ONE large pot making it impossible to cook. The handheld can opener was broken. The "spices" the description notes consisted of a tad of salt and pepper and empty bottles of others. The fridge and freezer appear large on the outside however very small inside little depth limiting what would be a basic 3 day food supply. The floors in the entire hone were dirty upon arriving making clean bare feet black in just a few strolls indoors. Floats were molded Almost 8k spent for this! We hardly even wanted to leave the back yard and pool area because it’s so beautiful and well laid out. Anna Maria is our favorite place to vacation. This house made it even more enjoyable. The pool is one of the biggest I have seen on AMI and great for “real” swimming as well as just messing around. Our kids were in the pool from sun up to sun down. The trolley stop is just around the corner from the house which was nice. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! ##### Ami W. It was better than advertised. We had a family get together and everyone was impressed by the property. Everyone did an excellent job communicating with us before, during and after our stay. They are a great vacation home management organization, we couldn't have been more impressed by their service. The home was clean, had all the amenities advertised and then some. We would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Bevins Beach House is top shelf. ##### David B. Pool was awesome, open kitchen layout was perfect for making dinner and watching tv. The bar outside was our favorite - enjoyed lunch and happy hour out there.
