This is a smoke free two bedroom unit right on the beach with only a few feet of sand separating you from the inviting waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Seaside Beach House is a ten unit condominium located at 102 68th Street in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. It is a gulf front complex with a heated pool at beachside. Unit 205 has two bedrooms and one and one half baths. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the gulf side guest bedroom. The bathroom has a bath tub and shower combination. This unit has been recently refurbished and upgraded and is nicely appointed with a spacious living room area featuring all new furniture and a 75" flat screen HD television in the living room and a 42" flat screen television in the master bedroom, a dining area and a recently and beautifully renovated full kitchen. This beautiful kitchen features gulf views, all new cabinetry and countertops, disposal, dishwasher and microwave. Unit 205 also features a brand new washer and dryer in the unit and a private walk out open lanai which offers breathtaking, elevated, 180 degree panoramic view of the swimming pool, the Gulf of Mexico, and nightly sunsets you will never forget. Unit 205 is available on a one-week minimum rental basis. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Unit 205 has a covered parking space. Not a pet friendly Condo not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts. Please note this is a non smoking complex. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. The stairs were narrow, steep, and very dark. I would not recommend this unit for elderly or those with troubled knees. It was ok for us though and after lugging our suitcases up, we never were bothered by the stairs for the rest of the week. The unit was nicely decorated, very clean, and nice and bright. It was the perfect size for my family of three (me, husband, 10 year old daughter). Most importantly, the view of the beach and the ocean was incredible. We really enjoyed that the unit had several games that we could play together in the evening. Easy access to the beach. Pool was lovely and felt so refreshing after a long day on the beach. The water was warm and the pool was clean. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our time in this condo. ##### carole h. A few steps to the beach and near restaurants and businesses but not in the middle of them. It was a little hard to keep cool but with high temps it wasn’t to surprising. The master bedroom was much hotter then the rest of the house. We bought a fan and set in it the doorway to help circulate the air and it helped a lot. Pool was great, beach was literally 30 steps from the condo. Condo was very clean and well stocked. There was some beach stuff which helped since we flew in. We had trouble with the door code upon arrival and the management property answered the phone on a Saturday night and got us keys. Thoughtful items like games, puzzles, a cooler and any type of tool you might need. Everything was clean and neat and the view of the beach and sunsets were beautiful. The beach out front was the softest, cleanest there is. Loved having a keyless lock as well. I would definately suggest this to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The condo is very well suited to accommodate all needs. It is important to note it is not a private beach. You are surrounded by many folks coming in droves at times.
