This is a smoke free two bedroom unit right on the beach with only a few feet of sand separating you from the inviting waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Seaside Beach House is a ten unit condominium located at 102 68th Street in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. It is a gulf front complex with a heated pool at beachside. Unit 205 has two bedrooms and one and one half baths. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the gulf side guest bedroom. The bathroom has a bath tub and shower combination. This unit has been recently refurbished and upgraded and is nicely appointed with a spacious living room area featuring all new furniture and a 75" flat screen HD television in the living room and a 42" flat screen television in the master bedroom, a dining area and a recently and beautifully renovated full kitchen. This beautiful kitchen features gulf views, all new cabinetry and countertops, disposal, dishwasher and microwave. Unit 205 also features a brand new washer and dryer in the unit and a private walk out open lanai which offers breathtaking, elevated, 180 degree panoramic view of the swimming pool, the Gulf of Mexico, and nightly sunsets you will never forget. Unit 205 is available on a one-week minimum rental basis. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Unit 205 has a covered parking space. Not a pet friendly Condo not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts. Please note this is a non smoking complex. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. I feel like the listing was not forward regarding accessibility. My mother had issues with the stairs and I did not enjoy lugging all our belongings up and down said stairs. Our unit and the grounds were very clean and well-kept. A little worn from use (carpets and wall edges) but overall comfy and very quiet! The pool was wonderful and private as well. Even had beach chairs and umbrella for us stored in the unit. Holmes beach is quieter than others, which we appreciated, even during spring break. We’d reco a golf cart —very convenient for getting to all the great restaurants and shops. The condo is right in between Pine Ave shopping and Bradenton Beach but without the noise and people. Beds were super comfy as was the other furniture. Our unit also had some games to play and books to borrow. Very spacious. It was a little hard to keep cool but with high temps it wasn’t to surprising. The master bedroom was much hotter then the rest of the house. We bought a fan and set in it the doorway to help circulate the air and it helped a lot. Pool was great, beach was literally 30 steps from the condo. Condo was very clean and well stocked. There was some beach stuff which helped since we flew in. We had trouble with the door code upon arrival and the management property answered the phone on a Saturday night and got us keys. We’ve been going to Sanibel for the last 12 years, but due to last years hurricane, we decided to try some place different. The unit was clean and well appointed. Access to beach was so easy. We rented chairs for the week. As the island is small, access to grocery restaurants, other beaches was easy. The only downside to the unit is the master bedroom could benefit from room darkening shades. Full on sunlight in that room. My husband and I were up by 6:15 every morning. ##### Janeen S. The stairs were narrow, steep, and very dark. I would not recommend this unit for elderly or those with troubled knees. It was ok for us though and after lugging our suitcases up, we never were bothered by the stairs for the rest of the week. The unit was nicely decorated, very clean, and nice and bright. It was the perfect size for my family of three (me, husband, 10 year old daughter). Most importantly, the view of the beach and the ocean was incredible. We really enjoyed that the unit had several games that we could play together in the evening. Easy access to the beach. Pool was lovely and felt so refreshing after a long day on the beach. The water was warm and the pool was clean. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our time in this condo. ##### carole h. Loved having the assigned parking spot and the washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. Loved the pool for evening swims. Great location on the island!! We are already planning our next trip and will most likely stay here again. Literally the only non positive thing we could say was the stairs are less then great to get to the upstairs unit, but totally worth it!!!!! The property management was also super helpful! I texted with an issue about the wifi and they were there with in an hour to fix it. They also were quick to communicate in answering questions. \*\*\*not noted in the listing but you can NOT have an electric golf cart at this location. There is no outdoor plug in location. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for years. It is such a hidden paradise. White sand beaches, great weather, amazing restaurants and no high rises. This is the first time we have stayed at Seaside Beach House 205 and we WILL BE BACK! Great location with unforgettable sunset views. The unit has recently be remodeled. The attention to detail on the update is 5 star worthy. Comfortable beds, high quality sheets, towels, kitchen appliances and accessories. This is truly a 5 star oceanfront unit! ##### Susan C. Reviewer Comments: Anna Maria Island is just a beautiful place and this rental gave us the perfect spot to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. We could walk out onto our second floor balcony and enjoy the quiet of the morning, watch the dolphins and fishing boats. A little later it was a few short steps to the beach for a morning walk and enjoying the warmth of the Florida Sunshine. Of course the ultimate show of the Gulf coast is the gorgeous sunsets! During our 7 day stay, we were fortunate enough to see 6 outstanding sunsets from different locations around the island. The first night we just enjoyed the sunset on the beach in front of our rental unit. We have nothing but positive things to say about Island Vacation Properties. The were responsive to resolve two small problems (parking and AC), but it both were handled quickly and professionally. If I am to be very picky about the rental unit I would point out two things. There should be a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, and I would recommend at least one full size bed and one twin bed in the second bedroom, instead of two twin size beds. We loved our stay and would definitely stay at 205 Seaside Beach House again! ##### Rick D.
