This newly renovated 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom condo with elevator on the West side of Gulf drive in Holmes Beach. No streets to cross to reach the white sand beaches and tropical blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine catching the most breathtaking sunsets every night by simply sitting out on your balcony or taking a short stroll down the path to the beach. The natural light gives a warm and inviting feeling, with an open concept living space, brand new kitchen featuring quartz counter tops, crisp, white kitchen cabinets and a beach aqua back-splash with stainless steal appliances. With flat screen t.v's & washer and drier in unit this place has everything you could possibly ask for. Pool and tennis courts for all guest to use. Just around the corner from stores, restaurants and the north and south bound trolley stop this location is ideal. Monthly rentals receive discounted price  
There is a $150 non-refundable security background fee charged per booking by the condo association

beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need  
more? There are several great rental places that have everything from baby gates to golfcarts, and they  
will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide  
those for you.  
Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and  
dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways.  
No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the  
island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you?
